This one is solely targeting your Triceps, you need to keep your elbows by your sides on this one grab the bar with your palms facing the deck, keep the movement under control and don’t go to high at the top of the exercise,  keeping your elbows tucked in, slowly extend your arms until they're fully extended hold for a few seconds, and slowly bring the weight back to the starting position.
