We are going to be working on your Triceps and shoulders with this one, you are going to need 2 stable objects of equal height for this one idea two benches (hardcore add weights to your Quads). Set your heels up on one bench and hands on the other bench with palms facing away from your body, dip down until your upper arms are roughly level with the floor stop for a few seconds then push back up to starting position. Don’t dip to low like below parallel with the floor.
