Were going to be working on your Back during this exercise you need a Home Gym anyway grab the bar with an overhand grip palms facing the lower part of the machine and your hands roughly shoulder width apart.  Keep tight and your arms straight pull the bar towards your body under control at all times, then slowly return to the start position.
