Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, your knees slightly bent and hands together in front of you Elongate your neck the best you can, as if your head reaching to the sky. Push your shoulders forward until you feel a stretch in your upper back. Keep your back straight.


Hold the stretch for a 30 second count, Release the stretch and repeat.
