We are going to be working on your Shoulders and triceps during this exercise, rember to keep your back straight on this one, get into a sitting position good idea to have a back rest. Grab the dumbbells and raise them above your head with palms facingĀ  the wall. In a controlled manor lower the dumbbells straight down until the inside of the dumbbell almost touches your shoulders and back up again.
