This one surprise surprise is going to be focus on your Triceps, your going to need and EZ bar for this one. Grip the bar with an overhand grip with hands about 30cm apart. Lift the bar above your head with your arms fully extended, remember tight elbows and stay in control. Bend only at your elbows, fully extend your triceps by lowering the bar down behind your neck, lift the bar up again and go for it.
