We are going to be working on your Back and Biceps during this exercise. You need to kneel with one leg and arm on the bench and one leg and arm off the bench again this exercise is about control keep your shoulder and back as still as possible throughout the exercise. Grab the dumbbell and pull dumbbell up to your side until upper your arm is just above your back, then return until arm is extended and shoulder is stretched forward. Swap sides and repeat the exercise.
