We are going to be Targeting solely your Triceps on this, depending how you are feeling sit down or stand up remember we are only target the Triceps, get yourself a dumbbell and with one hand and raise it straight above your head, keeping your elbow tight in and facing forward, in a controlled manor lower the dumbbell down as far as possible. Return to the starting position.  Swap arms and crack on.
