We are targeting solely your Triceps here so it means keeping those elbows tight you need flat bench and an EZ bar for this one. Grip the bar with palms facing the roof and you hands about 30cms apart. Lie back on the bench and extend your arms straight up, following this with your arms straight let the bar drop back so its just missing your head. Your elbows are what it to be the only things moving, lower the weight until it almost touches your forehead and push back up to were it came from repeat try this out with light weight at first until you get the technique spot on.
