Another lovly little exercise concentrating on your Triceps, get yourself a couple of dumbbells and lay down on a flat bench with your head at the end and extend your arms straight up with thumbs pointing to you, Keep your arms straight move them dumbbells roughly 30cm away from you keeping your elbows tucked in., then keeping your elbows pointing towards your feet, and bending only at the elbows, lower the dumbbells down as far as possible and then back up again.
