Incline Bench Press: Compound

Were going to be targeting your Chest and with a secondary benefit of Triceps,  your bench needs to be at roughly a 40 degree angle incline.  Get good grip of the barbell/bar with thumbs facing towards your Pec’s and hands slightly wider than shoulder width apart is all bout control take the weight off the bar and slowly lower it towards your chest just before you reach your chest pause and push back up again,, raise the bar without locking your elbows out.  Be sure the bar is lowered to the upper part of your chest.
