Yes the exercise are designed to target specific areas of the body, find another exercise that targets the same area and replace it with that.
How often and when should I stretch?
It is important to stretch before and after exercising not only will it help prevent injury but it will also enhance the exercise programme.
When should I warm Up, and how long for?
That depends on what type of exercise you are doing for example if you are going running following stretching we advise that you have a five minute break In period of gentle running before getting up to your preferred pace.
If weight training following stretching, smash the treadmill, go for a run any Cardio exercise that suits you for about 5 minutes if not a little more this will really max out you exercise and help get the muscles pumping.
What do you mean by Reps and Sets?
Reps = Repetition which is how many times you repeat the exercise for example 10 Repetitions is repeating the same exercise 10 times.
Sets = Sets is how many times you complete the Repetitions So you would have 3 Sets of 10 Repetitions. Another example if you are trying to build mass you may have 3 sets, The first set 10 repetitions at 20kg second set 8 repetitions at 25kg and third set 6 repetitions at 30kg.
I want to lose body fat what is the best way?
The best way? How much is too much with regards to exercise?
