We are going to be working on The front part of your Shoulders, keeping your back straight, stand up holding the two dumbbells one in each arm then keeping your arm straight, raise the dumbbell straight out in front of you until you reach shoulder height (don’t go any higher). In a controlled manor lower the dumbbell back down and repeat with the other arm
