Stand tall, with your shoulders pulled back. Then gently lower your chin to your chest while keeping your neck as straight as possible, hold the stretch for 30 seconds. Then slowly return to the starting position, now tilt your head backwards, keeping your mouth closed and pushing your jaw upwards.
Hold for 30 seconds.
You need to feel the muscles stretching. If the stretch causes discomfort stop.
