Were going to be working on your Triceps, Chest and Shoulders on this little workout (for heavier weights don’t forget your spotter). Get your self on the bench and grab the bar a little closer together than shoulder width apart, lift the bar off the rack and hold it straight up remember don’t lock those elbows. In a controlled manor lower the weights towards your middle chest keeping your elbows tucked in by your sides, pause for a few seconds, and push the bar back to it's starting position, repeat.
