Chin Up Information:
Chin ups are superb for your Upper back and Bicep development you need to grab the chin up bar with your palms facing towards you and your hands roughly shoulder width apart. Take you feet off the floor and hang from the bar. Bend at the knees and tuck your feet up behind you. Pull yourself up until your chin just gets above the bar, return to your starting position and repeat. Master of your own body weight series.
