Chest Dip Compound:
We are going to target your lower and middle Chest and also as a bonus the Triceps To maximise this exercise place arms slightly further than shoulder width apart. Ensure a good grip of the bars with your thumbs in your arms should be taking all the weight. Now lean forward and in a controlled manor lower your body down to a point were you feel comfortable then push up back without locking your elbows, if you get any pain especially in your shoulders then stop the exercise.
