Place the palm of your hand and inner elbow of your right arm against the wall. Keeping the right arm in contact with the wall, exhale and slowly turn your body around, to feel the stretch in your biceps and pectoral muscles.  You can change the intensity by moving your arm high and lower on the wall. Repeat with left arm.


Hold the stretch for 30 seconds.
