This exercise works your Back and your Biceps One end of your bar near a wall the other end put some weight on it. We recommend as with all exercises you practice with light weights until you master the technique. Stand with you’re a foot on each side of the weighted end. Pop your close grip handle around the end of the bar and pull the weight up keeping you legs bent and back straight. Lift the bar as high as you can and return to the start position
