We are going to be working on your Back and your Biceps on this exercise. You need to stand near the barbell both feet on the same side to begin the exercise bend straight down (with your knee, keep the back straight) and grab the barbell with wide grip and palms facing the deck. Keeping your back straight bring the bar to just below you knees from here pull the bar up to your waste and lower it back down pausing at the waste.
