We are going to be working on your Quads and Glutes on this one your going to need a Barbelland to stand straight up with bar across you Shoulders / Traps. Step out with your right leg big step. Squat straight down until your left knee almost touches the floor. Raise back to starting position. Swap legs. Remember Guys on this one keep your back straight and get the technique using lights weights first.
