We are going to be Targeting your Shoulder int this exercise, right you need to stand straight up holding a barbell with your hands shoulder width apart and palms facing towards you. As always the exercise needs to be performed under slow controlled movements Keeping you back straight, raise the bar straight out in front of you until it reaches shoulder height don’t go any higher than shoulder height. Lower bar back down.
